TRESPASS ON BRITISH TERRITORY

A semi-offioial message to Berlin admits trespass in pursuit of Morenga beoauee he was not disarmed and might have returned at another point of German territory.
It explains that Germany assured Sir Edward Grey that the trespass was disapproved of and the commander had again been instructed to refrain.
