Parliament will be opened on the last Wednesday in Judo. The opening will be by a Commission consisting of tbe Speaker of the Legislative Council, the Hon. Bowen, and tbe Hous. Pitt, Ormond, McLeaD, Bailey, George, and T. Kelly.
