Staff Sergt.-Major Williams, who arrived in Gisborne yesterday morning, conducted an instruction class at the drill-shed last evening for noncommissioned officers of the Gisborne Rifles. There was a good attendance and profitable instruction resulted. To-morrow night there will be a combined parade of the Rifles and Cadets for instruction. All members must attend.
