The cases were formerly dismissed by the Magistrate without prej ndice, on tho ground that the question of title was raised, and he had no jurisdiction. The Club appealed to Mr Justice Cooper, who ruled that the question of title was not relevant, and that under the Police Offences Act the Magistrate ought not to have refused jurisdiction.
