(Received 5.17 p.m., Jan* 18.). MELBOURNE, January 18. The body of Sir Frederick Sargood was accorded a large funeral. The Governor-General was represented. There was a large attendance of State and Federal members. About two thousand members of military, corps took part. Pligh caste Indians held a service at their tempie for tho repose of tho soul of the iale Sir Frederick Sargood. The ceremony, was similar to that held at the time'of the death of the Queen by. the Indian troops when in Melbourne.
