IN pursuance aiul exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf hy “ The Counties’ Act, 188 G,” the Cook Comity Council do hereby resolve as follows : That for the purpose of providing the Interest and other charges on a Loan of £2500, authorised to lie raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1001,” for constructing, a Cart Bridge across the Tolago River, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of One Penny in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Tolago Bridge Loan District, comprising all the lands bounded as follows :—Commencing at a point on the Coast line, known as “Koatigaumu," or a point where the boundary line between the Counties of Cook and Waiapu meet on the coast; thence southerly by the coast line to a point where the S.W. boundary of Paremata No. 2, produced through Trig Station 155, would strike the coast ; thence north-westerly by said line to the south-eastern corner of Puremain No. 3 ; thence by the southern boundary of said block, to the intersection of the eastern boundary of Paremata No. IF ; thence northerly hy the eastern boundary of Paremata No. IB to public road ; thence westerly ny said road to the eastern boundary of Paremala D ; thence northerly by the eastern boundary of Paremata D ; tlience westerly by the northern boundary of Paremata D and L; thence northerly by the eastern boiuidary of Paremata No. 1C to the Patiki Stream ; thence by said stream to the Maugaheia River ; thence by the southern tank of said river to the eastern bank of the (Jawa River ; thence nor.tlicrly. by the Uawa River to Totaratapu ; thence easterly, by the boundary between Cook and Wai-
