F. Ismay, of tho White Star Dino. It is believod they are working in arrangomont with tho Cunard Lino. Ottawa, Oct. 2. Canadian business men aro satisGcd that tbo Cunard arrangements safeguard Canadian interests by preventing Morgan's supremacy.
