By Telegraph—Press Association. AVellington, last night. The sequel to the breach of promise ease, Richards v. Birch, was witnessed in the bankruptcy proceedings to-day. Tho only creditor was Miss Richards, whose claim consisted of the amount of thejudgment in her favor, £IOO and costs for breach of promise. Birch, who became bankrupt after the judgment of the Court, was subjected to a severe cross-examina-tion on behalf of Miss Richards,
