Newspapers in announcing that the Kaiser will give audience to the Boer Generals as soldiers, urge that such a course cannot offend Great Biitain, inasmuch as it will be audiencing British subjects. BERLIN, Sept. 30. The report- that the I-Ca-iser intends to grant an audience u~ Ml? Boer generals is not. confirmed, but one oi'gj.l which is often’inspired declares, that, halving solemnly iisassociated themselves from any political agitation or demonstration, the Kaiser will receive them if they are the bearers ol British Government credentials.
