Regent.—“ Adam's Rib,” M.G.M.’a sparkling comedy, screens finally today at tile Regent Theatre. Screening on Wednesday ami Thursday is a special re-issue by M.G.M. of one of their biggest hits of yesteryear, the film that has been remembered best, "China Seas,” starring Clark Cable (in his most rugged role), Jean Harlow, Roselind Russell and Wallace Beery. The supporting programme is also exceptionally good entertainment.

Majestic.—The glorious voice of the Irish tenor John McCormack, makes “Wings of the Morning”’ one of the grentest films ever to have come from English studios. Add to the tenor such film personalities as Annnbella, Henry Fonda, Irene Vanbrugh, and Harry Tate and the standard of entertainment is evident. This picture of hectic happenings in a very mixed company is the screen adaptation of William Sarovan’s prize-winning novel of the same name. The acting honours fall to James Cagney, William Bendix, Wayne Morris and Jeanne Cagney. The supporting feature is "The Roosevelt Story.”
