Ironwork for Power Poles Wanted. An acute shortage of pole ironwork is being experienced by the Hawke s Bay Electric Power ..Board, but it is hoped that overseas orders will arrive shortly and enable rural reticulation work to proceed. Last month the board received a shiDment of 1250 harawood poles from Australia, together with other timber needed lor line-con-structional work.
