The Ncav Zealand Rugby Union has sought a ruling from England on the interpretation of Law 15 fH). the clause which says that it is illegal for the ball to come out between the lines of the feet of players comprising the front roAv or betAveen the feet of either of the outside players of each front row on the side of which the ball is put in.
