Ruling On Scrum Law Sought From England
(P a ) WELLINGTON, Jan. 17. The Ncav Zealand Rugby Union has sought a ruling from England on the interpretation of Law 15 fH). the clause which says that it is illegal for the ball to come out between the lines of the feet of players comprising the front roAv or betAveen the feet of either of the outside players of each front row on the side of which the ball is put in.
Advice Avas received at a meeting of the management committee yesterday that the question would come before the International Rugby Board at a meeting io be held in Edinburgh on March 17 of this year.
