Tomorrow' “Jungle Patrol.’* “The Counterfeiters’* and chapter two of “Flash Gordon” will be screened at 1 45 and 7.45 p.m. King’s.—As the title suggests, “I Was a Male War Bride” is riotous comedy with pretty Ann Sheridan and Cary Grant at their best, which should mean good business for the King’s Theatre. In this film Ann ia a W.A.C. attached to a French officer, as secrela»v and interpreter. She lias a good idea of her own importance and ability (which is unquestioned) , so has the captain. Then comes a .special mission having to do with special lenses for field glasses, which, in the end, enables both of them to see straight.
