NO RUSH OF NEW ENROLMENTS EXPECTED
The main roll for the forthcoming Parliamentary elections closes at 6 pm. today. " With the comparatively recent compilation of the two supplementary rolls for the licensing and earning and military service polls, no rush of enrolments was expected in the Gisborne electorate, the registrar of electors, Mr. A. C. Hynes, stated this morning. | “I think that we have caught up with most of the enrolments of electors,” he added. I Since the closing of the supplemcnl--1 ary roll for the military service referendum. Mr. Hynes said, the usual number of new enrolments had been dealt with. Those today would probi ably not be very great.
