31 DIE IN COLUMBIAN PLANE CRASH
OTA (Colombia), Aug. 14. Thirty-one people_ were killed in the crash of a commercial airliner, according to the newspaper El Liberal. The airliner, a DC 3, crashed and burned en route from Bogota to Imbague, the capital of the Colombian State of Tolima. The plane is reported to have carried 28 passengers and a crew of three.
