RIOT FOLLOWS HOISTING OF INDIAN FLAG
(11 a.m.) KARACHI. Aug. 15. One Moslem was killed and several seriously injured in disturbances outside (he staff quarters of the Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan in one of Karachi’s main thoroughfares this afternoon. The -disturbance followed the hoisting of the Indian'flag outside the commissioner’s quarters. Police rushed to the scene, fired rifles and threw tear-gas bombs to disperse the crowd. Later Pakistani troops took up positions in the area to keep order.
