WEATHER FORECAST
Forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Situation. —An anti-cyclone centred north of the North Island is moving eastward, while a low pressure trough over the Tasman Sea is moving on to the South Island. Forecast to 5 p.m. Wednesday: Moderate to fresh north-westerly winds. Cloud developing about the ranges, but the weather elsewhere fair to fine, with milder temperatures. Further Outlook: Scattered rain developing.
