OTAGO TAKE LEAD IN BADMINTON FINAL
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 15. When seven singles matches were completed this morning in the interprovincial badminton final for the Wisden Cup Taranaki were leading Otago 43. A feature of the play was the brilliant form of the New Zealand singles champion, J. E. Robson (Otago), who outclassed H. M. Purser, 15-0. At 2 p.m., Otago were leading Taranaki 7-6.
