BRITISH CAR BREAKS 40 RECORDS
A British 18 horse-power convertible stock-model car recently broke over 40 international speed and endurance records at Indianapolis track, U.S.A.. by averaging over 70 miles per hour for a week. The car has an overhead valve engine, two carburettors and a coninression ratio of 7.5/1. This picture shows Dennis Buck lev, Charles Goodacrc and Alan Hess (left to right), the members of the team who drove in relays throughout the seven days.
