Specialist Scores In Opening Event At Riccarton
The opening steeplechase on the card for the second day of the C.J.C.’s Grand National fixture at Eiccarton today went to Specialist, with the .favourite, Tanga-ta-Pai third. The combined H.8.-Dannevirke Hunt Clubs’ second day at Hastings opened in brilliantly fine weather, with the track heavy from the recent heavy rains.
