WITNESSES COVER UP IDENTITY OF PERSON INVOLVED IN CASE
(P.A.) INVERCARGILL, May 6. Evidence that another woman, whose name the accused and witnesses would not reveal, was involved was given in the Magistrate's Court yesterday when Mrs. Margaret Eveyln Findlay,aged 38, pleaded not guilty to having used an instrument on a girl with intent to procure a miscarriage. Mr. W. A. Harlow, S.M., committed the accused for trial in the Supreme Court at Invercargill on May 17. Bail was allowed at £3OO with two sureties of £l5O each.
