DEATH OF PROMINENT WELLINGTON CITIZEN
(PA.) WELLINGTON, May 6. The death has occurred of Mr. John Gavin Duncan, aged 79, a notable figure in Wellington’s commercial and sporting life. He was one of the original directors of the Reserve Bank and formerly managing director of Levin and Company He was at one time president of the Wellington Racing Club and the Wellington Golf Club and was closely associated with various sports bodies. He is survived by his widow, three sons and two daughters.
