CHIEF REASONS
Lack of accommodation and the fact that some of the persons nominated did not fit into the categories of labour desired were stated today by the district officer of the Department of Labour and Employment, Mr. R. W. Chappell, as. reasons for the number of nominations being disappointing. He added that the latter had been experienced even though the categories were of a very broad nature.
