“Bullied And Chivvied” By Traffic Inspectors

AUCKLAND, April 8. “People in Wellington are not bullied and chivvied about by traffic inspectors as they are in Auckland,” said Sir Keith' Park today at a meeting of the council of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce when car parking was being discussed. “In Auckland men are going around wasting time chalking tyres. It is time that matters improved. Parking is much better in Wellington,”
