MR. ROYALL TO LEAVE CABINET SOON
NEW YORK, Mar. 7. The departure of the Secretary of the Army, Mr. Kenneth Royall, from the Government may be made public before March 20, it was learned in Key
West, Florida, where President Truman is on vacation, reports the United Press correspondent. The decision to accept Mr. Royall’s resignation was made long before the President left Washington yesterday. It is reported that no decision has yet been reached on Mr. Royall's successor.
Mr. Royall will follow Mr. Forrestal into retirement.
