Germans May Compete In Sports Abroad
(10 a.m.) BERLIN, Mar. 7. The pbst-war ban on German sportsmen competing in events outside Germany has been lifted under an official decree.
An instruction by the British, French and United States Military Governments stated that Germans "should be permitted to travel abroad on a personal or club basis to take part in sporting events to which they have been invited.”
