“NO BARGAIN FOR WEST”
NEW YORK, Mar. 6. United Nations diplomats speculated today that Mr. Molotov eventually will succeed Mr. Stalin and that there will be no let up in the cold war. Diplomats familiar with Russian policies said they believed the appointment of Mr. Vyshinsky was “no bargain for the West” as his acid speeches in United Nations hall have never been approached for bitterness.
