CANBERRA, Mar.. 4. The Federal Government has decided to reconstitute the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and to change the name to the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation. Security precautions will also be tightened. The Minister for Post-War Reconstruction, Mr- J. J.
