Norway Joins Atlantic Pact Discussions
WASHINGTON, Mar. 3. Norway today joined the other Atlantic Powers in negotiations for a North Atlantic treaty for mutual defence.
The Ambassador said that the Norwegian Parliament in a secret session had authorised the Government Jo ask for an invitation to take part in the discussions.
Norway has rejected the Russian offer of a non-aggression pact after her reply was approved at a secret mission of Parliament, says the Daily Telegraph’s correspondent in OsloThe Communist Party dissented.
