Soil Erosion Dangers
Left to its own devices, soil erosion, to which the downfall of several ancient civilisations is ascribed, would make havoc of the modern world, said Mr. J. Morewood Dowsett, author and lecturer, of London, who was a through passenger at Auckland on the Aorangi Mr. Dowsett. who recently gave broadcasts on soil erosion in South Africa and Australia, is en route to Canada and the United States on a similar mission.
