New Paraguayan Regime After Revolt
(10.30 a.m.) ASUNSCION (Paraguay), Feb. 28. After the week-end revolution, the sixth in the last 13 months, Paraguay today had a new Cabinet composed entirely of civilians under the provisional President Felipe Molas Lopez. President Lopez, who was sworn in yesterday, promised to call a general election on April 17 to name the President who would replace Natalicio Gonzalez, the last elected President, who was himself ousted by the latest casualty of the revolution Raimundo Rolon.
Political observers state that it is the first time in 10 years that there are no military men in the Cabinet.
