(P.A.) ' WELLINGTON. Feb. 11. Jackson’s Bay has had 13Jin. of rain for the 36 hours ended at 8.30 p.m. yesterday and as a result the road is blocked by a large number of slips, which are expected to take over a week to shift, according to a report received in Wellington today.
