Satisfactory Testing
Mr. G. F. Clapcott, consulting engineer to the Gisborne Borough Council, remarked at Tuesday night's meeting that testing was still proceeding on the new Mangapoike-Waingake pipe-line atm that over the last mile the results appeared satisfactory.
