NEW CABINET TO FIGHT ON
(11 a.m.) NANKING, Dec. 20 The Chinese Prime Minister, Dr. Sun Fo, announced the formation of China’s new Cabinet tonight. He said it was based on determination to fight on untiL an honourable peace could be secured. "I can assure you that we will not surrender outright to the Communists as China would thus become a second Poland,” he said. Dr. Sun Fo did not rule out, however, the possibility of a compromise peace. The names of the members of the Cabinet will be presented to General Chiang Kai-shek tonight and will probably be known tomorrow.
