Delayed Wartime Bomb Blast At Niendorf
(11 a.m.l HAMBURG, Dec. 10. A 10001 b bomb, believed to have been dropped by the R.A.F. during the war. exploded under the main road at nearby Niendorf killing one man and injuring 45—15 seriously. The blast destroyed three houses and damaged 15 buildings. The injured included an entire wedding party who were in one of the damaged buildings. The explosion damaged buildings a mile away. It is believed that a passing lorry caused the bomb to explode.
