Beach Camp Sanitation
“With the approach of the summer season it is quite obvious that there will be a considerable increase in the number of camps on beach sites in this district,” reported Mr. K. F. Jones, Cook County engineer, to yesterday’s meeting of the council. “As it is vital that every effort should be made to provide for normal sanitation, it is suggested that this matter be taken ud with the parties interested immediately.” The council agreed upon instructions to be given to the sanitary inspector in respect of camp sanitation. Intending campers in county areas were recommended to make contact with the inspector and obtain details of the requirements.
