BURMA’S FRIENDSHIP WITH RUSSIA
(11 a.m.) RANGOON. Dec. 15. The Foreign Minister, Kyan Nyein, said that Burma intended adhering to its policy of close friendship with Russia and that an exchange of diplomatic representatives had been agreed upon. He added that Burma's attitude in world affairs necessarily must be strictly neutral.
