King!.—ln loving memory of our dear brother, Pte. Kaumoana Kingi, killed in Italy, 1944. He may not wear a hero's crown, Nor fill a hero's grave: But truth will place his name. Among the bravest of the brave. —lnserted by his loving brother-in-law Colin and Lex. Swann, Pte- D.—Killed on active service in Faenza Dec. 15th, 1944. Duty called him and he was there. To do his bit. to take his share. His heart was brave, his spirit good, His resting place a hero's grave. Gone but not forgotten. —lnserted .by his Mum, Dad, Grand-dad and family, and brothers and sisters. Swann, Pte. Dooley.—ln memory of cur nephew and cousin Dooley, and also Pte. Dan Pohatu, killed in action at Faenza on December 15th.‘ 1944. “In silence we remember.” —Scotty, Taka, Mate and cousins.
