SINGAPORE. Dec. 14.

A British police sergeant was fatally wounded, one special constable and one Malay civilian were sightly wounded when a convoy of five vehicles was ambushed by Chinese terrorists on a road in East Pahang leading to a big lode mine today.

The convoy included trucks carrying blasting explosives and one of these blew up during the engagement. The sergeant was the third ex-mem-ber of the Palestine police force killed in Malaya. Two Chinese terrorists were shot dead this morning while they were going to buy their daily newspaper at Ulu Tetniang, in Negri Semilan. The police ambushed them in a coffee shop where they picked up the paper daily. Both carried hand-grenades. One had a revolver.

Air headquarters officially announced at Kuala Lumpur tonight that reliable information indicates that 10 terrorists were killed recently during an attack bv Spitfires on a terrorist camp in West Johore.
