SOVIET COMMAND IN BERLIN NOT CHANGED

The German news agency Dena has quoted the Soviet News Bureau denials of reports that Colonel Yelisarov has been appointed to succeed Major-Gen-eral Kotikov as Soviet commandant in Berlin.
The Soviet bureau said Major-Gen-eral Kotikov would resume office as soon as he was well.
