HAVING received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand Gisborne District at the request of the Waiapu County Council under the provisions of “The Rating Act 1925” will sell by auction at their premises at Ruatoria on Thursday the 16th day of December 1948 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon all that piece of land containing by admeasurement 1 rood 01 perches more or less being Section 19 Block XVI Mangaoporo Survey District and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 96 Folio 124 Gisborne Registry. The application to sell and the estimate of the value of the property maybe seen at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Gisborne at all reasonable times prior to the sale and a true copy thereof at the offices of the above-named at the time of sale without payment of any fee.
