MAORI CHARGED WITH MURDER OF BABY
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 30. Charged with the murder of Joseph Frederick Yee Kim. an 18-months’ old baby, at Te Ore Ore, Masterton, on November 10, Peggy Maaka. alias Phyllis Yee Kim, alias Veronica Thompson, aged 24. described as a Maori, appeared on remand in the Police Court today. On the application of Ihe police the magistrate. Mr. A. M- Goulding, remanded the accused to appear at Masterton next Tuesday.
