WALLACE’S ATTACK ON AMERICAN POLICY
NEW YORK, Sept. 27,
The American Government is planning a new international crisis before the Presidential election on November 2, said Mr. Henry Wallace, in a speech at Southbend, Indiana. He claimed that the Secretary of State, Mr. G. Marshall and Mr. j. F. Dulles, the foreign affairs adviser, were taking actions which can have as their ultimate purpose only the expulsion of the Soviet Union from the United Nations.
“I charge that the course set by Mr. Marshall and Mr. Dulles and agreed on by Mr. Truman and Mr. Dewey is working toward the speedy destruction of the United Nations.”
