POLISH CATHOLIC LEADER ARRESTED
(10.45 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 31. The Polish security police have arrested 55-year-old M. Zugmunt Kaczynski, a leading spokesman for the Catholic hierarchy in Poland, says the Associated Press correspondent in Warsaw. ~, , , M Kaczynski was editor and director of the Catholic Church's powerful weekly newspaper Tygodnik Warsawski.- He was Minister of Education in the wartime Polish Government in exile in London.
