RED THEFT OF U.N. FUNDS ALLEGED
LONDON. Aug. 29. The British United Press Vienna correspondent says the Austrian Federation of Labour has accused the Austrian Communist Party of embezzling funds which workers raised for the United Nations Appeal for Children. Workers in 300 plants contributed one day’s pay toward the relief of the children. The federation alleges the Communist Party used most of the money to finance Communist kindergarten and similar institutions.
