BERLIN WARNED AGAINST WEST GERMAN REGIME
(10 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 29. The official Soviet newspaper Taegliche Rundschau stated today that anv Berliner attending the West German Parliamentary Council meeting at Bonn on September 1 would be betraying Berlin and depriving it of its position as Germany’s capital, says Reuter’s correspondent in Berlin. The newspaper said the draft constitution for presentation at Bonn would destroy German unity, deprive Germans of the right to decide questions of foreign policy and foreign trade and take the industrial Ruhr out of German hands. “The Bonn constitution is nothing l e ss than high treason," added the paper.
