600 MILES CYCLE RACE WINNER
(10 a.rn. ) LONDON, Aug. 29. A 27-year-old carpenter, Tom Saunders, won the 600-mile six : day Brigh-ton-to-Glasgow cycle race in 27 hours 15mins. 32sec. A Clark was second and Norman Jones third. Five minute? covered the first three arrivals.
