RUSSIAN TEACHER PROMISED HELP FOR FUTURE IN U.S.
(10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 28. Legal and financial aid to ensure her future in America has been promised Mrs. O. Kasenkina, the Russian schoolteacher who jumped from the Soviet consulate. Some of her new-found triends say they will raise funds to pay r.er hospital bills and meet her expenses until she becomes self-supporting ai d the Legal Aid Society is providing a lawyer to advise her about United States citizenship and other matters.
