No More Trans-Tasman Bookings By Aorangi
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 17. No further trans-Tasman bookings for the Aorangi are being accepted meanwhile by the Union Steam Ship Company. although hundreds of applications for berths have been received.
Shipping officials do not consider the demand for passages to Australia exceeds the supply. Fares across the Tasman on the Aorangi will be £22 10s first class, £l7 cabin class and £ll third .
