BANGKOK. July 23.

The Siamese Government has ordered all-out preparedness against an out break of Communist sabotage in Bangkok.

The Government is reported to fear an uprising against the dictatorship oi Marshal Phibun by the services or followers of the wartime freedom movement led bv Mr. Pridi Panomyong, who fled from the country at the time of Marshal Phibun's coup last November. A senior police officer today said that the situation in Bangkok was -bout ;o reach a crisis Army Headquarters, he said, had placed all troops on the alert.

Marshal Phibun was Prime Minister during the Japanese occupation of Siam and declared war on the Allies in 1942. He seized power again with the aid of Army units last year.
